The following terms govern the use of the company's services and web properties. By accessing or using the services, users agree to these terms. If users do not agree, they should not use the services.
Acceptance of Terms
These terms form a binding agreement between users and the company. Engagements for professional services may also be governed by separate statements of work or contracts which, when executed, supplement or supersede these terms in relation to the specified work.
Service Usage
Users are expected to use services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, introducing malicious code, or interfering with the operation of the services. The company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where usage threatens security, violates law, or breaches these terms.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by the company in the course of providing services remains the property of the organization unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted rights and licenses as specified in contractual agreements. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies developed prior to or outside the scope of the engagement remain the company's intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of services. The company's total aggregate liability for claims related to a particular engagement shall be limited to fees paid for the relevant services during the preceding twelve months, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in applicable service agreements. The company may suspend or terminate service access immediately if required by law or if there is a material breach of these terms. Upon termination, any outstanding fees become due and payable, and both parties must return or destroy confidential information as agreed.
Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to modify these terms. Amendments will be effective upon posting the revised terms on the website or notifying users through other reasonable means. Continued use of the services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law as specified in contractual agreements and do not create third-party beneficiary rights. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
